If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and MaxiBlocks Ltd, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

What “Unlimited” means
When we say “Unlimited Pro Access Accounts” for MaxiBlocks Pro Agency (Tier 3), we’re talking about giving the original buyer—whether that’s you, your family, your team, or your company—access to our Pro templates. It’s meant to be used by you and your team (we’ll call you the “Authorized Entity”).
Keep it in the family (or team)
These accounts are just for you and your Authorized Entity. Selling, sharing beyond your group, or trying to transfer your access to someone else is not permitted.
Starting you off right
To keep things running smoothly and safely, we’ll start you off with 50 invites for your team members. We set this up to avoid any misuse and to make sure everyone gets top-notch service.

These Pro access accounts are not meant for your clients or customers. They’re for your Authorized Entity’s direct use only.
Checking the playground
We like to keep an eye on things to make sure everyone is playing fair. That might mean we do some check-ups from time to time. If we think something’s off, we might limit how many people you can sign up or we might need to take stronger actions.
We all agree to a fair use handshake. That means using our service in a way that doesn’t overload our systems or spoil the experience for others. If we see your usage is through the roof and not in a good way, we might need to step in.
Heads up on changes
We’re always tweaking things to make sure they’re working out best for everyone. If we change what update terms, we’ll let you know and those changes will kick in as mentioned in our update.
